The FOCUS of the Nia routine ENERGi is Listening + Dancing to the Music.
The INTENT is to enhance your physical conditioning and self-healing by moving Your Body’s Way sensing flow motion.
The Nia Routine ENERGi blends wonderful Katas with the joy of movement, and the personal expression of dancing to the music, beautifully enhancing nervous system regulation by guiding you to sense flow motion dance calligraphy. The vibrational shifts in songs and creative use of beat and count help develop energetic and physical flexibility. In response to the beat and count variations, sensing flow between different states of arousal teaches you to manage your speed and range of motion to create flow motion.
We will "speed date" the Moves at 9:45am & then dance the full routine at 11am.

Living In Curves - w/Katie Ward
Living in Curves is a self care workshop that reintroduces life's curve with functional and restorative alignment for the body, mind, and spirit. We will be doing MELT Method on the hands and feet, as well as manual self massage for both. We will also explore an introduction to the Bowspring alignment system starting with restorative posturing and functional application. We will end the workshop with a short Bowspring Flow sequence.

MELT Specialty Workshop - Upper Body Stability - Maria Whitley
Do you have neck pain, shoulder issues, or feel weakness in your upper body?
When your shoulder girdle isn't stable, movement throughout the upper body is compromised, joints become compressed and you are more likely to have neck, shoulder, elbow, mid-back & wrist issues that frequently will lead to pain.
In this workshop, we will rehydrate the upper body and then work on stabilizing the shoulder girdle by reintegrating your neurological timing so you stop compensation and move more efficiently and with more ease.

Slow Flow Yoga with Hayden
This yoga class is a slower paced class with a gentle warmup and introduction to royal Thai Reishi Yoga. By coordinating our breath and movements, we will direct energy (“prana”) to the parts of our body that need it most.

MELT Specialty Workshop - Lower Body Stability Workshop

Usui Reiki Level IIIa Advanced Reiki Training Class
This one-day class is for Reiki practitioners who wish to continue their education past Level 2. At this level, one commits to integrating the Reiki ideals into everyday life, allowing Reiki to master them (not the other way around). This class provides a new symbol and complementary skills/practices to enhance and deepen one's Reiki practice. It focuses on building your intuition and using it in your practice. This level of training does NOT give the ability to teach Reiki/attune others.
