Each Nia class experience combines music, mindfulness and dynamic movement to leave you physically energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to energize and enliven well-being in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Nia, the original Love-Your-Body Workout, is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Community Yoga - is a donation based all level class. An open-hearted opportunity to nourish yourself through breathing, stretching and movement. Laughter will be encouraged as it’s my belief that Yoga should be a joyful experience. Donations are accepted but not necessary – 100% of donations will be given to our featured Charity – The emphasis will be on food based and animal charities. The style will be a blending of Vinyasa, Yin and restorative Yoga. Everyone is welcome! Donation based class.

YinStorative - Gentle Yin - Restorative postures aimed at a midweek reset. Classes may be blended in styles or in some classes just Yin or just restorative depending on student needs.

Are you ready for some good energy and a positive outlook on life?  Ready to experience something new?    Join us for Illuminate and Flow with Timothy Mast!

In this class Timothy will share the importance of breathing exercises and guide us in exercises to open the energy of the body, teach meditation techniques and the awareness and storing of energy through Qi Gong. Timothy will help each of us become aware of our breathing, open our breathing and free our body of restriction via breath, movement, and Qi Gong.  In this process, there will be a time to work with several ways of quieting ourselves. $25
