Each Nia class experience combines music, mindfulness and dynamic movement to leave you physically energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to energize and enliven well-being in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Nia, the original Love-Your-Body Workout, is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Community Yoga - is a donation based all level class. An open-hearted opportunity to nourish yourself through breathing, stretching and movement. Laughter will be encouraged as it’s my belief that Yoga should be a joyful experience. Donations are accepted but not necessary – 100% of donations will be given to our featured Charity – The emphasis will be on food based and animal charities. The style will be a blending of Vinyasa, Yin and restorative Yoga. Everyone is welcome! Donation based class.

Join us every Monday at 4:30 as Mary Welp leads a 30-minute guided meditation class with sound bowls.

This class is open to all - no experience is necessary! $10

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bowls and Candlelight

During these sessions, you'll be guided through a gentle and restorative yoga practice, carefully curated to nurture your body and promote deep relaxation. Our experienced instructor will lead you through RISE Meditations empowering you to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness. The harmonious vibrations of the sound bowls will further enhance your journey, transporting you to a state of blissful tranquility. $20 per session or 3 sessions for $50

Dynamic Balance - Whether you are an athlete or someone struggling to maintain daily equilibrium, Dynamic Balance offers functional and playful ways to enhance your balancing skills. Each class is tailored to all levels of participation as every pose or exercise is introduced in stages, layered with intensity, to meet you wherever you are on your balance journey. Explore dynamic alignment by using various props such as foam yoga blocks, yoga straps, and chairs to create new perspectives in balanced thinking and moving on and off the mat. Put the "fun" in functional as you step into your realigned body with Dynamic Balance! $12

Bowspring 101 - Experience the invigorating shapes of Bowspring Yoga. This class is for anyone! It activates underused parts of the body and introduces a unique, but balanced movement experience. Bowspring focus on uniformly engaging sacred geometries of the body to accelerate healing and promote wholistic wellness through primal movement. $12

Illuminate and Flow

Wednesdays: 1:00PM - 3:00pm

Are you ready for some good energy and a positive outlook on life?  Ready to experience something new?    Join us for Illuminate and Flow with Timothy Mast!

In this class Timothy will share the importance of breathing exercises and guide us in exercises to open the energy of the body, teach meditation techniques and the awareness and storing of energy through Qi Gong. Timothy will help each of us become aware of our breathing, open our breathing and free our body of restriction via breath, movement, and Qi Gong.  In this process, there will be a time to work with several ways of quieting ourselves. $25
