A Journey Within - Half Day Retreat with Marcela Vrebac and Monika Kroupova

Connect with your emotional body, release "old" energy, and rekindle with your spirit.

The retreat will be guided by Marcela Vrebac and co-hosted with Monika Kroupova.

What's included?

~Intimate gathering of 12 people

~Healthy breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Please let me know me about any allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

~Unlimited water, tea and coffee (decaf to help with relaxation)

~Open circle, meet and greet, safe space

~90 min yoga practice, yin and hatha + meditation

~Community Reiki with sound healing (each person will receive a mini reiki session while laying down on their yoga mat)

~Closing circle, reflection

~Mindful walk at nearby park after 2:30pm (optional)

~Connection and meeting new people 🙂
