DROP-IN WEEKLY PRACTICE & SOCIAL
Join us for this donation-based weekly event, where we’ll spend 30 minutes revisiting and refining Urban Kiz basics, technique, and connection. Through drills and exercises, we’ll focus on developing body awareness and partner connection. Some weeks, we’ll also learn a fun move or pattern you can use on the social dance floor!
Afterward, the floor is yours for open practice—because we all know that practice is the key to improvement!
No partner is necessary, and all levels, body types, and genders are welcome. Come dance, connect, and grow with us!
MELT for Nia
Prep your body for movement! We’ll do a Performance Foot Treatment using all 4 Therapy Balls and a quick Lower Body Sequence to get you ready for Nia or whatever activity your Saturday brings! Great for runners, bikers and of course, dancing!

MELT Specialty Workshop - Lower Body Stability Workshop
Do you have low back pain, hip or pelvic issues, or feel exhausted all the time?
When your pelvic girdle isn't stable, your movement throughout the whole body is compromised, joints become compressed and you are more likely to have issues in your knees, ankles and even in your feet!
In this workshop, we will rehydrate the lower body and then work on stabilizing the pelvic girdle by reintegrating your neurological timing so you stop compensation and move more efficiently and with more ease.
You will feel more energized and more stable, move with more ease and sense better alignment!
