This MELT class will introduce you to the MELT practice and teach you the three foundational treatments of the Hand & Foot Treatments and the Rebalance Sequence. Discover the 4Rs of MELT and Reconnect to your center of gravity and enhance your body awareness, Rebalance your nervous system, Rehydrate your connective tissue and Release stuck stress from your body. See how practicing MELT can improve performance, reduce chronic pain and minimized the stress of daily living!

No experience necessary. All of the moves will be demonstrated and you will be guided through the sequences. Space is limited. Please register in advance. Your fee includes a MELT MiniKit (a "shiny" bag with large soft ball, toe band & emailed reminders!)

Nia Learn the Moves ~ Discover Your ENERGi

The FOCUS of the Nia routine ENERGi is Listening + Dancing to the Music.

The INTENT is to enhance your physical conditioning and self-healing by moving Your Body’s Way sensing flow motion.

The Nia Routine ENERGi blends wonderful Katas with the joy of movement, and the personal expression of dancing to the music, beautifully enhancing nervous system regulation by guiding you to sense flow motion dance calligraphy. The vibrational shifts in songs and creative use of beat and count help develop energetic and physical flexibility. In response to the beat and count variations, sensing flow between different states of arousal teaches you to manage your speed and range of motion to create flow motion.

We will "speed date" the Moves at 9:45am & then dance the full routine at 11am.

$25 includes class at 11am

The self-healing practice of Five Stages connects you to the power of sensing joy and pleasure in your movement choices. Using the stages of embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing, and walking, you will expand your knowledge beyond the class to improve function and comfort in your body.

Through movements which mimic nature (fish, lizard, and bear-like postures), in the Five Stages, you will be guided to tap into the voice of sensation as you move though each stage. Every level designed to facilitate well-being and optimal alignment.

In Five Stages you will be guided to mindfully focus on body sensations using the lifestyle principles of the Body’s Way, and by expanding your sensory IQ and body awareness.
