DROP-IN WEEKLY PRACTICE & SOCIAL
Join us for this donation-based weekly event, where we’ll spend 30 minutes revisiting and refining Urban Kiz basics, technique, and connection. Through drills and exercises, we’ll focus on developing body awareness and partner connection. Some weeks, we’ll also learn a fun move or pattern you can use on the social dance floor!
Afterward, the floor is yours for open practice—because we all know that practice is the key to improvement!
No partner is necessary, and all levels, body types, and genders are welcome. Come dance, connect, and grow with us!

While sitting meditation practices are great, it turns out that you don’t have to sit and meditate 30 minutes each day to live free from anxiety and pain.
This workshop will teach you how the mind and body actually work, so that you can live more intentionally and mindfully in the moment.
You’ll experience more peace and calm in your mind and body.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We’ll also provide chairs, mats, blankets, blocks, if you are unable to sit comfortably on the floor.
