While sitting meditation practices are great, it turns out that you don’t have to sit and meditate 30 minutes each day to live free from anxiety and pain.
This workshop will teach you how the mind and body actually work, so that you can live more intentionally and mindfully in the moment.
You’ll experience more peace and calm in your mind and body.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We’ll also provide chairs, mats, blankets, blocks, if you are unable to sit comfortably on the floor.
This class will be led by Dr. KC Coninx. Dr. KC Coninx has been a physical therapist since 2010. Over the years, she has followed her inner guidance system to further explore Medical Therapeutic Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Functional Nutrition, Ayurveda, Lifestyle Medicine, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to both improve her own health as well as be able to better serve her patients and clients.
