DROP-IN WEEKLY PRACTICE & SOCIAL
Join us for this donation-based weekly event, where we’ll spend 30 minutes revisiting and refining Urban Kiz basics, technique, and connection. Through drills and exercises, we’ll focus on developing body awareness and partner connection. Some weeks, we’ll also learn a fun move or pattern you can use on the social dance floor!
Afterward, the floor is yours for open practice—because we all know that practice is the key to improvement!
No partner is necessary, and all levels, body types, and genders are welcome. Come dance, connect, and grow with us!
Commune with the Moon w/Betsy Rose
Commune with the Moon is a monthly women’s circle that will meet during each Full Moon. We will gather in ceremony to learn about the ancient ways. To discuss how those who came before us followed the moon, communicated with the land and their own bodies in simple yet effective ways. We will come to understand how to assimilate the flow of our own sacred, feminine cycles. Come reawaken your heart and revive your soul in sisterhood as we Commune with the Moon.
