Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing art that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is a simple energy healing technique that teaches you to share ki (also known as chi, or life force energy) to help yourself & others heal. It is a technique that ANYONE can learn. No background knowledge or experience is needed.
Level I (Day 1) covers Reiki basics: practice, theory, and history. It will teach you to use Reiki for yourself, friends/family, & animals.
Level II (Day 2) covers more intricate details of Reiki practice, including Reiki symbols and sending Reiki to a different place or time.
Cost is $300 ($150 per class) and includes class manual and certificate.
